Most items are dispatched within 10–12 business days (12–14 business days for hand-painted pieces) after full payment is received. You will be notified via email once your order is dispatched.

Can I have my paintings delivered to a specific room?

Standard delivery includes delivery to ground level only. We do not deliver upstairs to apartments or into your home.

Where are the artworks shipped from?

Our operations are based in Melbourne, with our factory and warehouse located in South Yarra. This is where we manufacture, pack, and dispatch all orders.

Can I purchase a gift card?

Yes! If you need a custom amount, please contact us and we'll be happy to issue a personalized gift card for you.

What if my product arrives damaged?

We take great care in packing your order securely. If your artwork arrives damaged, we will happily replace it at no extra cost to you.
